  • Leave lights on when gone.
  • Always lock your garden sheds and garages.
  • Use a variable light timer to activate lights inside your home.
  • Lock your doors and windows.
  • If you are gone, arrange for your lawn to be mowed.
  • Have adequate exterior lighting.
